What is the proper temperature for cooking a 6 year old Dalmatian to even tenderization?

I just got this dog from a friend and it looks rather tasty. Tomorrow I am planning on cooking it to go along with some steamed cabbage and maybe some cat toes. I’ve never tried Dalmatian before but I heard it tastes almost like a cockier spaniel so I’m really looking forward to it. Gimme some preparation ideas and what you think will best accompany it. I will much appreciate some informative comments on this matter. Thank You.

My dog slips (12 year old Dalmatian) so I was wondering, if anyone tried Doggie socks with skid bottoms and if they worked. We live in Florida so it does get hot but shes always in the cool A/C house. Doggie boots seem kind of bulky and annoying.

I have an 11 year old female dalmatian. She is a true Floridian dog, born and raised, with the occasional trip

to Europe or Colorado. I am moving to Canada and she is 10000% coming with me. Now my question is how do older Dalmatians adjust to the cold weather. Will she be miserable? I mean she would be of course an inside dog, and wear her coat and sweaters if she would go outside. Will she get sick more often (shes in tip top shape) or will she do fine. Thank you
